Through Harvey & Smith Impact, he has partnered with nonprofits, public agencies, and grassroots initiatives to strengthen funding systems and support sustainable growth.

Blake combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping organizations navigate grants, individual giving, partnerships, and long-term fundraising strategy with clarity and confidence. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Hartford Community Restorative Justice Center in White River Junction, Vermont, grounding his consulting work in day-to-day nonprofit leadership.
