The 16-hour plan may be booked for one month. Plans of 32 hours or more have a three-month initial term, paid monthly in advance. Hours are total team hours, including preparation, meetings, delivery, and principal oversight. Extra time requires approval at $225 per hour.

Why choose a month instead of a day?

The 32-hour plan can include one Working Day, using ten hours, plus 22 hours to carry the work forward. Purchased separately, that costs $7,150. The $6,000 monthly plan saves $1,150 and provides a continuing delivery relationship.

One day. Work you can use.

Bring us a priority that needs focused attention. We use the day to make decisions, build practical tools, and leave your team ready to act. Available onsite or remotely; travel is separate.

Included with every Working Day

  • One hour of advance intake and document review.
  • Eight client-facing working hours, with breaks additional.

  • One practical tool for the selected workstream.
  • One hour for the written handoff and a 30-minute follow-up call.

Choose the tool your team needs

Nonprofits: a cultivation map for up to ten existing prospects, a mission-tour run of show, an appeal draft, or a readiness map for up to five funding opportunities.

Businesses: positioning for one offer, a next-step pipeline for up to ten existing opportunities, a three-email customer outreach sequence, or a workflow map for one operating process.

Each day focuses on one primary workstream. Written deliverables arrive within five business days when required materials are available. The package includes ten professional hours in total; within a monthly plan, those ten hours come from the existing allocation.

For nonprofits.

Major gifts, planned giving, institutional funding, and the systems that make good fundraising possible. Choose a fixed project or use a monthly plan to carry the work forward.
