Work we can carry with you

  • Contact agreed existing donors and warm prospects personally.
  • Arrange gift conversations and lead or participate in approved asks.
  • Follow up on potential matching commitments and outstanding proposals.
  • Coordinate thanks, document interactions and hand off next steps.

Before GivingTuesday, we focus on priority conversations. Around December 1, we carry agreed outreach and asks. Afterward, we follow through with supporters and open commitments.

We agree the priorities within your 12 hours. This is targeted donor support, not full campaign management or all-day GivingTuesday coverage.

Two payments of $1,350: before the November work begins and before the December allocation begins.

A focused communications brief

  • Review your year of giving, organize contribution records and gather relevant updates from the nonprofits you supported.
  • Confirm the source of outcomes, quotes and permissions.
  • Develop one impact story up to 600 words, one email up to 300 words and three social captions.
  • Capture a concise set of next-year giving priorities and publication recommendations.

We coordinate partner requests, develop the content and incorporate one consolidated review within the purchased hours.

There is no limit on the number of organizations included in the review of your giving. The ten-hour allocation covers coordination and content development; it is not a promise of an interview or individual profile for every recipient. We agree the work after reviewing your records and obtain approval before any additional hours. Design and publishing are separate.

Two payments of $1,125: before the November work begins and before the December allocation begins.

How it works

Agree the work.
Make room for progress.

Start with a fit conversation.

Tell us what is underway and where additional capacity would help. We confirm readiness, availability and a useful scope before you book.

Put the hours to work.

Your lead coordinates delivery within an agreed schedule. Intake, outreach, meetings, writing, documentation and firm oversight all count toward the total team hours.

Finish with a clear handoff.

We share activity, completed work and outstanding next steps. Additional hours or continuation through late December or January can be agreed separately.

Ready to begin?

A little readiness goes a long way.

Nonprofits: Bring an existing donor base or warm prospect relationships, your approved fundraising purpose, current appeal materials and a way to receive gifts. We need permission to contact donors and one person to approve asks promptly.

Businesses: Bring contribution records, partner introductions and an approver for your content. We respect partner permissions and distinguish what your company contributed from outcomes achieved by the wider nonprofit.

Focused support, with clear boundaries.

These are remote, time-limited engagements. Donations go directly to the nonprofit. There is no percentage-of-gifts fee.

Neither offer includes a full campaign build, grant proposals, database cleanup, graphic production, paid media or unlimited revisions. The business offer is editorial support, not an independent impact audit.

We provide an hours update during delivery. Additional standard consulting requires written approval at $225 per hour. Outcomes depend on donor decisions, available evidence and client participation.

A few useful details.

Do we need a new campaign or giving strategy first?

No. These offers are designed around work and relationships you already have. We make the brief adjustments needed to deliver effectively. If substantial groundwork is required, we will explain that before booking.

Are the hours per week?

No. The nonprofit offer includes 12 total team hours across the engagement, and the business offer includes ten. We schedule those hours around agreed priorities. If two professionals attend a one-hour meeting, that uses two team hours.

Can we continue after December 15?

Yes, subject to availability and a separately agreed scope and payment schedule. Additional standard hours are $225 each. We can also discuss ongoing monthly support or embedded fundraising leadership.

What if our materials or partner responses are delayed?

We agree the inputs and approval dates at kickoff. Missing evidence is flagged or omitted. If delays affect the schedule or planned output, we agree a revised priority, rescheduling or reconciliation of unused prepaid hours in writing. There is no automatic extension or renewal.

Is there a three-month commitment?

No. These seasonal hourly assignments end on the agreed date. The statement of work confirms the allocation, payment dates, cancellation and unused-hour treatment. Shared engagement terms apply except where the seasonal statement of work expressly provides different terms.

Let’s make the remaining weeks count.
